IBERIAN ACORN MATARREVALVA from 100% Iberian pigs reared in the pastures of Extremadura, with natural feed and outdoors.

RACE: 100% Pure Iberian. Bred in freedom.

PART foreleg.

ORIGIN: Extremadura.

WEIGHT: Optionally you can select the weight from the dropdown. Range between 5 and 6.5 kg.

FOOD: acorns, herbs and all natural resources that provides rich Extremadura.

PREPARATION: 100% Palette Iberian pork raised in freedom and fed on pastures in Extremadura during the time of montanera. Craftsmanship: Minimum 20 months in natural drying healing in Extremadura, which promotes extraordinary sensory characteristics.

INGREDIENTS: Palette Iberian pork and salt Matarrevalva.

External appearance: elongated and stylized form.

CONTROL: Certified piglet from birth to final marketing ARAPORCEI.

PRESENTATION: All shipments are made with a package that guarantees delivery of the product in good condition, wrapped in greaseproof paper for preservation during transport and covered in cotton fabric for a good presentation and conservation at home, all within their box for easy transport.
We also give the possibility to acquire our Loncheadas knife blades, or bone-in this case the piece is treated by one of our cutters teachers and vacuum packed in 100g packages.

CONSUMPTION AND CONSERVATION: We recommend eating your piece in six months from receipt of the product. It may be stored at room temperature, although the ideal temperature to preserve the product is between 15 and 20 °. Once the cut is finished, cover the area with the remaining fat. Protect with a clean cloth.
